Iceland, Austria & Bavaria - The Adventure Begins!

Hello from Egling! Here are a few pictures from the last few days. We've been busy! 

First, we flew into Reykjavik, Iceland for a quick stopover:

First stop... chocolate shop: 

And after some (very) windy walking around town, we stopped for some "Humarsupa," a traditional lobster or langoustine bisque with hints of curry and saffron:

And then finally, a hike to a hot spring to watch the northern lights :) 

After catching up on some sleep, we were off to Austria, where we did some climbing and enjoyed some amazing views: 

And a little bit of relaxing time in lower Germany at a Biergarten:

My mom and I picked a bucket of Elderberries yesterday-- we have some Elderberry, Pear and Honey marmalade on stove now... but more on that later this week (recipe and all!) ;)
